Abstract :
Compared with the traditional product designs, product agile customization design is much more knowledge- intensive, which needs timely access, capture, share, and reuse of design knowledge. However, the existing product data management methods and tools focused mainly on the data management. They cannot satisfy the requirements of knowledge management in product agile customization design. In order to solve the above-mentioned issues, a framework of product knowledge management based on design repository is proposed. The design repository is responsible for organizing various kinds of knowledge from different data sources by building Orthogonal Linked List, doubly Linked List and tables. For accurate representing customization design knowledge, a semantic object network model is presented. Knowledge base engine-based J2EE is proposed. Case-based reasoning and rule reasoning are used to solve problems. The web-based knowledge management system can support agile customization design effectively.
