Abstract :
Awareness net model is created for identification of process awareness requirement of the actors in collaborative business process in terms of roles, tasks and artefacts that exist within the collaborative processes. It could divide actors´ awareness of knowledge sharing into five awareness levels. Consequently, people could use the model to measure actors´ contribution to knowledge sharing and improve organization culture of collaboration. Unfortunately, people would meet some problems when the model is applied in practical cases. This paper evaluates the advantage and disadvantage of awareness net model in details. After that, some practicable solutions are described to be used to solve the problems and consummate the model.
