Abstract :
Contingency planning generates a preventable mechanism to maintain continuity of support for IT field. Several steps are needed in the process of constructing contingency planning to ensure the effectiveness and precise. These steps are organized not separately but logically and systematically. Method of software engineering is available for use. Rational unified process (RUP) is adopted and developed to be a general method and policy.
