Abstract :
There are five dimensionalities of information, such as organization, user, administrative levels, technology and time. And the Web service structure has six levels. There are user level, application level, mid-ware and system software level, data level, resource level, transmission level. Information system service management is the best place to implement of information system based on information dimensionality. The key points of the structure of the service management system are help desk, service management module, service quality value module and service operation analysis module. There are three database to support the structure. There are operation knowledge data base, value model database and operation statistical data base.
