  • Abstract
Reviewing data based on time series, there is a certain co-relationship between the development of city roads and freight increase in Beijing. But the marginal added amount by both of them can´t show the same tendency as the gross amount did, this consequence would be a tough bottleneck for Beijing city logistic industry growing. To deal with this problem, we bring out the new idea to build up the road system as a strategy with the flexible property, which is derived from the scale free network theorem and topological method.
