Abstract :
A new hydraulic sine wave generating device with amplitude modulation and frequency modulation is described in this paper. This device has advantages in mechanical structure, anti-electromagnetic interference, hydraulic pressure stability, repeatability and lower cost. Working principle of the hydraulic sine wave generating device has been detailedly introduced and a series of experiments have been completed. The problems of changing period and hydraulic wave distortion have been found during doing experiment, which have been deeply analysed from mechanical structure, belt transmission, characters of the gas and control strategy according to the experiment results. The rationality of analysis was testified by means of simulation and experiment. In order to solve the current problem of the hydraulic wave distortion a lot of schemes have been proposed, which have been proved by simulation at last.
