Abstract
By building the framework of the organizational culture, organizational learning capability and technological innovation capability and sustainable competitive advantage, this paper makes an empirical research based on the 204 large and medium-sized manufacturing in the Pearl River Delta. The results show that the openness of the organizational culture and the organizational learning capability has a significant impact on the enterprise sustainable competitive advantage. Besides, technological innovation capability is also an important source of sustainable competitive advantage.
