Abstract

With the investigating authority start to evaluate effects of anti-dumping in our country, people find that the effects of remedy for domestic industry in some case are not ideal. Based on individual-group game model theory, it observes the course of implementation of anti-dumping, and builds a two layer game model of foreign enterprise and domestic industry union in this paper. As well, through using the model, we analyze the status of domestic industry after the implementation of anti-dumping, and explain why the effects of remedy for domestic industry in some case are not ideal.
