Abstract
Although the application of the balanced scorecard (BSC) in the business is well documented, as far as we know that very little research has been reported about the BSC in the education and no previous work proposed job market-oriented learning evaluation framework based on BSC. In this article, the authors investigate a novel job market-oriented learning evaluation framework. A BSC analyzing sheet and its related calculation method have been setup for the approaching. The general aim of this paper is to provide a common platform for universities to evaluate the learning results according to the job market requirements and to make strategy decisions.
