Abstract :
The factors which influence measurement precision are analyzed here. On the basis of the principle of nice measured drift of differential capacitance sensors and the properties of a transformer electric bridge of changing in real numbers with fine stability, high precision, good sensitivity and wide working frequency range, a measuring scheme, which combines differential capacitance sensors with transformer electric bridges, and the relations between parameters, are both presented in this paper. Two useful means of protracting the surface of rotors, Mercator chart and surface repetition method, are given as well as the rotor¿s chart.
