Abstract :
An overall WAP-enabled mobile learning platform solution is described in this paper. It provides satisfactory telecommunication service on campus nationwide. The key features of the platform include campus communication, educational administration, remote learning, and text message notification. The data can be accessed through a common interface and shared with a Web-based campus network. The WAP mobile phone users can obtain teaching information through the platform anytime and anywhere.
