Abstract :
This paper classifies activities under resource constrained project scheduling by the relationship between activities, expatiates on the basic idea of resource dependent relations optimization by adjusting some executing activities. Then, reverse adjusting algorithm is proposed to establish the optimal critical sequences. A computational example manifests the effectiveness of the algorithm.
