Abstract :
Generalized stochastic Petri net model is proposed for support system with a classic structure of three-echelon repair and two-echelon inventory. Based on Petri net workflow models of various maintain processes, extendable queue models with generalized queuing time concept are presented to analyze performance equivalent time. A strategy of spare parts inventory minimizes the number of backorder for unitpsilas operational availability. An approach to analyze stochastic Petri net is applied to reduce state space of models and construct isomorphic Markov chain. Moreover, by solving probability of steady state system performance is analyzed. Finally, a new method to calculate unitpsilas operational availability is obtained.
