Some Misunderstandings and Reflections on Multi-media CAI

CAI (Computer-aided Instruction) is one of the most important means of teaching reform in 21st century. However, there are some misunderstandings in its applications under the influence of tradition education ideas, and thinking patterns. It becomes an important topic to avoid or surpass these misunderstandings in new century. The common problems in the applications of CAI are discussed and some reasonable suggestions on using CAI are made based on teaching practice.
