Abstract :
A method of rapid face-structured profilometry with projecting grating is presented in this paper. The hardware system of this method is mainly composed of color-coded grating, digital camera and turntable. A direct fringe displacement analysis method, which demodulates grating fringe to gain the 3-D coordination of the Object by comparing the center of distorted grating fringe and the benchmark grating fringe, is adopted in this paper. The measure precision of the single angle of view is analyzed. To resolve the difficulty of data registration of multi-angle of view, an automatic registration method, which rotates the turntable with the superposition of the table rotation axis and the system benchmark axis, is presented, and the automatic registration model is to be established. Finally, a shoe-last model is measured and the results show this method fast and accurate.
