Abstract :
In this paper, based on the studying of extrusion screw characteristic and whirlwind milling theory, envelope method and internal whirlwind milling technique are combined together. Then the circular path of internal whirlwind envelope milling technique is formed to process the extrusion screw. This extrusion screw processing technology is highly efficient, economic and practical, which is applicable to process the extrusion screw with various cross-section shapes.
