Abstract :
Facing the rising tide of modularity of production and operation organizations, the basic strategy to deal with is implementing the information and communication technology (ICT) applications, or searching the ICT solutions. There are two directions that coming to solving the dynamics organization problem. One is starting from the business process modelling (BPM), creating the views to describe the operation relationships among them. The other is to provide the advices from the cases analysis and applying the economics theory to comparing the competition status. During the two sides, could find that the transforming of management & Control patterns was not put on the heavy emphasis or was neglected. So the management problem that existing continuously is not solved satisfactorily due to the gap between management requirements and the BPM which dominate by the views. Considering the gap that existing above, the framework of business model (BM) adaptive configuration (FBMAC) oriented to networks deployment is put forward which is driven by the capability and role, not process. In FBMAC, the role and capability were not regarded as the variable, but as the result that factors which constructed the adaptive configuration. From the findings of business model elements, to creating the ontology of BM, and then put forward the configurable point and configuration parameter that completed the configuration design. The FBMAC makes BM play the role of integrating the capabilities of organization cell, beyond the executive, which improving the adaptability of organization under ICT environments. FBMAC builds the mapping from management requirements to the application-design of enterprise solutions.
