  • Abstract
    The organization measure, analyze and improve its process that has a strong and direct impact on business objectives. Reviewing the application of BPR (business process reengineering) in organization’s operation today, there are few of practical and feasible approaches and successful experiences. This paper discusses the approaches to transfer customer requirement and expectation both internal and external (customer Satisfaction, profitability, capital employed, growth, employee satisfaction) to key characteristics of process, quality, cost and lead-time. On the basis of these key performance indicators, the paper set up the model consisted of process capability, productivity and flexibility for evaluation the level of process and raises potential approaches for continuous improvement. Finally the paper specifies the evaluation and improvement to manufacture process focused on time management that directly applies to enterprise’s daily operation.
