Abstract :
Under the environment of make-to-order manufacturing, the problem of how to assemble perfect products rapidly has been focused on by many researchers. And many assemble manufacturing companies, especially auto assembly, begin to purchase most of the parts rather than fabricate by themselves. A multi-supplier strategy is often adopted because its benefit for improving the product quality and reducing the risks in outsourcing practice. So cooperative outsourcing system for assembled enterprise based on multi-agent is made for the information management. The outsourcing alliance model is made firstly. The multi-agent structure is outlined and the function of each agent is described then. The outsourcing materials bills for each leaguer are created and dispatched dynamically. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the results.
