Abstract :
Parallel move gear transmission is developed as a new form of transmission based on the principle of parallel crank mechanicism and the theory of planet gear transmission. Through the kinetic analysis of internal parallel gearing, it is proposed in the paper that interference is a particular problem in the design of internal parallel gear transmission. The paper also analyses and generalizes all the interference factors so as to determine the value ranges of the key parameter of each gear and to work out an available geometrical method in the design of internal parallel move gear transmission. The paper still puts forward a designing way to meet the gearing angle ans coincide and various interference requirements. According to this, the paper give a detailed explanation about the caculating formulas of interior and exterior gear circle in internal parallel move gear transmission from the perspective of the principle and application of gearing.
