  • Abstract
Hierarchical structures of product design and models of components based on the theory of Green Product Design are defined after product disassembly processes have been analysed. In order to resolve combination explosion of product disassembly sequences, it is put forward that the unreasonable disassembly processes can be reduce by the three factors that connecting indexes among components, material compatibility and occupied spaces of components. The AND/OR graphs of all possible disassemblies can be describe by product cut units. The algorithms of automatic generation of product disassembly sequences depends on the adjacent matrixes that describe the connecting relationships among components and on the assessments of the shortest disassembly time, total recycling costs, node features and recycling values etc. In the way the algorithms of product disassembly and cut sets are done. At last freezers have been taken as the case study, the software system of algorithms and assessment are developed and applied in the practical use.
