Abstract :
Because of harmonic gear drive’s unique capability, it is widely applied to various departments of country economy. This thesis invented a new manufacturing technology method in harmonic gear no-chip cold-rolling tooth, which utilized a purpose-built rolling gear, through a suit of the servo drive mechanism, then make the rolling gear and the rolling tooth base to do generating movement. While doing the generating movement, rolling gear rolls into tooth base gradually, and the metal tooth of base was forced to produce plastic flows, consequently the gear tooth manufactured required was rolled out. This invention can effectively improve the efficiency of production of the harmonic gear and the quality of tooth outline, improve the strength endured status of root gear tooth, it can also lower the costs. The experiment research indicates that, utilized the cold-rolling shape manufacturing method, manufacturing the harmonic gear teeth is a very effective processing method, and it can meet the request of volume-produce. The thesis carried on detailed research on the cold-rolling principle, movement analysis of the rolling course, servo control of rolling movement, the flow of metal in rolling, the flow and friction of rolling tooth figure superficial metal, and cold-rolled shape formed to test machine, etc.
