Abstract :
As an important process device of hot-pressing plastic decoration plate, stainless molding boards must be light softened to form irregular reflecting lights and become under-bright. This is a special surface texturing technique or micro engineering, also called surface fogging or fine roughening. Because the area and thickness of giant board is large, the machining efficiency with other methods is low and requirements of equality and beauty are difficult to reach, a special kind of unreflecting shot blast machine is developed. Based of traditional air blast texturing technique, it uses a wind-blower as air source providing proper speed of airflow, micro corundum or glass ball as shot particle, a specially designed nozzle through which particles are continually shot on the board to make compact tiny holes so lights unreflecting. Meanwhile, the board moves uniformly and its whole surface is evenly light softened. After corundum shooting, glass balls are used to remove burrs; as a result, board-sticking problem is successfully solved. There are some creative mechanisms in the machine: stable board-feeding device, even shoot control, particle cycle system, dust and noise reduction etc. The machine has been operated for many years, it has practicability in function and that it is a green product. The corresponding technique also can be used in other similar situation. Sequentially, application field of shot blast texturing technique is broadened.
