Abstract :
Refine design is a important part of wind turbine design, technical parameters can be corrected by it to finish the final design. The wind turbine will operate on the high tower, adjusting and maintenance work of wind turbine is not convenience, so refine design is more important to wind turbine design. The first, driving force of pitch-regulated mechanism is confirmed, then pitch-regulated system is simulated by model to get the final technical parameters of pitch-regulated mechanism. The second, a loading test of pitch-regulated mechanism has been done at assembling spot of wind turbine, by test operation equipments to let bearing inner ring of three blades bear moment in opposition direction of pitch feathering or pitch opening in this paper. The test result shows that pitch regulating can be completed rightly, hydraulic system anticipation design goal can be attained and control system runs well. In fact, pitch-regulated mechanism operates steadily in wind turbine operating, it makes sure constant output power.
