Abstract
This paper considers the problem of stabilizing networked control systems by taking quantization and packet losses together. A relationship is derived between the packet losses, quantization and the norm of the transition matrix of the open-loop system, which guarantees that global asymptotic stabilization can be achieved. The corresponding stabilizing control strategy is presented. Finally, the numerical example and simulations have shown the validity of the developed strategy.
