Abstract
In this paper we study state dependent and dynamically changing communication topology for two satellites under a control protocol for angular velocity consensus. Satellites are assumed to be moving with same linear velocity and having body fixed parallel axes of rotation. Each satellite is equipped with single communication antenna. We have achieved conditions on initial state of satellites that predict possibility of future communication or no communication between satellites. Also, it is shown that under certain conditions, if communication between satellites occurs once then communication between satellites occurs again and again. The set containing positive limit sets has been identified.
