Abstract
Designing a routing protocol with a provision of quality of service (QoS) for mobile ad hoc networks is a challenging task. In this paper, we present a routing protocol that identifies multiple node-disjoint paths between a given source and a destination. These multiple node-disjoint are examined for satisfying QoS constraints. The QoS constraints that we consider are lifetime of paths and queue length of nodes along the paths. We study the effect of transmission range of nodes, threshold for lifetime, and max queue length over the number of paths that satisfy the given QoS constraints.
