Abstract :
As a local university, with the coming of popular education, number of students of electrical engineering is increasing and the uneven quality of students become relatively serious. How to train practical innovation capability of students and to adapt needs of local construction, this paper describes a multi-level practice training model which has achieved good results at our school in recent years. First, personalized training project was implemented. Second, the experimental equipments and contents were reformed. Third, Building the curriculum group was strengthened with excellent course as a leader. Finally, outstanding students are trained to increase practical ability and the innovate ability in innovation laboratory.
