Abstract :
For the variable speed operation of large scale wind turbine, the vibrations become key problem that can not be ignored. In this paper, the active vibration control based on expert PID pitch control strategy was researched. Firstly, the vibration cause and excitation resource of large variable speed pitch regulated wind turbine were analyzed. Then, the Expert PID pitch control configuration was described, and North filter was added to avoid tower fore-aft movement. In the end, this control method was verified using simulation and prototype test.
