Abstract :
About 38% motor faults happened in windings of induction motor as in [1]. Therefore, winding faults testing plays an important role in motor faults diagnosing. Because of the complexity and a large amount of calculation when using methods such as frequency analysis, wavelet analysis, BP nerve cell method to diagnose the faults, this essay puts forward a method of induced voltage analysis. By using sampling winding induced voltage, avoiding the disappearance of short faults when low voltage testing, effectively improves the sensitivity of testing.
