Abstract
Direct torque control (DTC) is widely used for AC drives. Attempts to combine DTC with SVM have led to new ways. A new approach to DTC-SVM is presented in this paper, which combines ADRC and DTC-SVM principles within a simple and robust high performance drive. The design procedure and parameter regulation of ADRC in DTC-SVM is proposed. Simulation results indicate that the proposed approach is robust against the modeling uncertainty and the external disturbance in various operating conditions.
