Abstract :
In this paper, a drive and control system of Ultrasonic motor is presented, which uses NI data acquisition (DAQ) card PXI-6251 and bases on LabWindows/CVI platform. The strategies used in the system to control the speed of the motor are that an incremental PID controller is introduced in this system to control the frequency of the driven waves and the rotation direction can be changed directly if necessary. This system has simple hardware circuit and friendly interface.
