Abstract :
In order to find optimal control parameters of a single crystal copper growth; a new control system of super-low revs about AC Servo motor has been developed. Main components of the system are Micro Controller Unit (MCU), AC Servo motor driver, and AC Servo motor and so on. Control method of lower speed running about AC Servo motor has been put forward on. Accurately control running of AC Servo motor has been realized fewer than 1 rpm.
