Abstract :
The synchronous generator model has important influence on analyzing of power system stability. The article introduces that how to build the fifth-order mathematical model of the synchronous generator by Park equation in the stand-alone infinite system firstly. Then the simulation model is built by using the modified Eulerpsilas method. Finally, it can prove that this fifth-order mathematical model of the synchronous generator is right by analyzing and comparing the simulation graphic and the result of the test. In application electrical power system, the fifth-order mathematical model of the synchronous generator is more accurately to reflect the dynamic behavior of the generator than the model of fifth-order which is the easier to be built.
