Abstract :
The design of reaction system is vital to ensure quality and reliability for electromagnetic relay (EMR). However, it is difficult to get perfect results using traditional design method, which costs excessive computation time. Thus the inverse design method is developed in this paper. Corresponding reduction equations, flexibility equations and dimension chain equations are established. Meanwhile dynamic specifications and stress intensity are checked. Experiment results verified the validity of the method. This inverse method can greatly improve the design efficiency and can be extended to similar structures.
