Abstract :
Based on the finite element analysis, the leakage magnetic field and the short circuit force of SFPZ-180000 kVA power transformer under the short circuit in the low voltage winding are calculated. The distributions of the leakage magnetic field and the short circuit force in low voltage windings and high voltage windings are analyzed in three different conditions when the power transformer is under rated tap, maximum tap and minimum tap. Furthermore, the compressive stress of the supporting block between the low voltage wire pies at different positions is also calculated.
