Abstract :
Measurement equivalence (ME) is an important issue in cross-culture research, itpsilas critical for the interpretation and comparison of measured scores. It also has important meaning for human resource management and organizational behavior research. ME in cross-culture research can be reviewed from concept, bias resource and test method. The measurement bias mainly comes from culture, language, organization and response context. At present, there are two test methods: confirmative factor analysis(CFA) and item response theory (IRT).
