Abstract :
Detection performance of airborne multi-channel radar that operates under clutter conditions is reviewed. The potential energy loss arising from determination of adaptive threshold calculated by mean magnitude of the signal envelope or median estimator is found. Minimum digit number providing acceptable digitization loss is estimated.
