Abstract
Two power control schemes for CDMA systems using a MIMO-based space-time signal processing technique, space- time mapping (STM), are proposed in this paper under slow fading scenarios, both for an individual link and in the presence of intra-cell interferers. Simulation results show that the proposed schemes provide a significant reduction in the bit error rate (BER) compared to that of no power control.
