Abstract
In the past few years, wireless sensor networks location technique developed very quickly. A lot of location algorithms and systems especially for WSN were put forward by many universities and research institutes at home and abroad. On the basis of analyzing robust position algorithm, some improvements are made to initial position estimate and algorithm location precision. The results of simulation demonstrate that location precision can be well kept in the Start-up phase even if the improved algorithm takes less computing expense. And the simulation results also suggest that better location result can be obtained if weighted least square estimate is introduced to restrain accumulated error in the refinement phase.
