Abstract :
MIMO-OFDM technique is considered as a core technology in B3G/4G However, a quickly and accurate channel estimation is the key to realize MIMO-OFDM. At first we introduce the MIMO, OFDM and the combination. Then introduce the MIMO-OFDM channel estimation techniques. The methods of channel estimation in MIMO-OFDM are stated. Last, we construct a simulation environment at MATLAB and simulate MIMO-OFDM system on different wireless channels on the basis of IEEE802.20 Draft. The simulation results are analyzed and discussions are given, some available conclusions are obtained.
