Abstract :
At present, network is becoming the hot point for the investigation of embedded system. Linking embedded system to the Internet has been an important development direction, and which is one of indispensable functions for the embedded system in the future. This essay presents the design and implement of the embedded Web server system: first, analyzing the open-source TCP/IP stack - uIP, describing its properties, system architecture and correlative interfaces; second, showing how to port uIP to the embedded platform, and construct embedded Web server; at last, demonstrating the effect of network embedded system through an application of video-on-demand.
