Abstract :
Aiming at infra-skip, an approach for infra-skip to alleviate the complexity of inter frame coding is proposed, which provides remarkable performance exaltation while accompanying very minor degradations. Most important, this approach can optimize H.264 encoder together with any proposed fast inter methods which are focusing on fast inter partition mode decision, motion search or fast intra mode algorithms.
