Abstract :
A library of FORTRAN subroutines for solving numerically problems in linear control and estimation is described. The computer programs are highly flexible and modular in construct and can server as a solid basis for the development of computer packages that are specific to a given application. The software has evolved, and been refined by over 12 years of applications, into a highly efficient set of code that is well-suited to even small mini-computers of 32 bit accuracy.
