CYPROS, an Interactive Program System for Modeling, Identification and Control of Industrial and Non-Technical Processes

This paper gives a short introduction to the CYPROS* program system developed at the Norwegian Institute of Technology, div. of Engineering Cybernetics and SINTEF, The Foundation of Scientific and industrial Research, Dep. of Automatic Control at the University of Trondheim, Norway [1][2]. The software and hardware capabilities will be briefly outlined, and one example showing how the different program packages can be utilized in an industrial application, will be presented.
