Abstract
In dense multiple aircraft surveillance environments, radar tracking of maneuvering aircraft is difficult due to the problem of discriminating against nearby target reports in the correlation process. An algorithm for report correlation and maneuver track adaption given high G acceleration targets and relatively low radar data rates is described. The algorithm provides a method for fast maneuver track adaption with relatively good discrimination against false report correlations.
