Abstract
The problem of localizing multiple targets from measurements of the frequencies of narrowband signals emitted by (or reflected from) them is considered. A procedure for solving simultaneously the association and localization problems is proposed. The computational aspects of the proposed technique are discussed and an example is provided to illustrate its behavior.
