Abstract :
A general multi-target tracking algorithm is described under the assumption of independent targets but without the Poisson assumption on the total number of targets. The standard assumptions, conditional independence of the measurements, etc., are also maintained. A related issue of targets with/without a priori identification will be briefly discussed.
