Abstract
A decentralized controller design methodology is presented for finite dimensional linear time-invariant systems within the framework of the model reference scheme. The design is performed in two stages: feedforward and feedback design. In the feedforward design the theory of A-generalized polynomials is used as presented in [1], [2]. In the feedback design the novel concept of robust block generalized dominance is introduced and effectively utilized. Finally an example is given to illustrate the method.
