  • Abstract
A new class of algebraic systems, group homatons, is defined, and both an invertibility condition and an inverse construction are given. An application of this work is the group homaton representation and inversion of the Calladine-Dickerson model, which relates the base pair sequence of DNA to its three-dimensional structure.
